What you will do

  • Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for respective markets.
  • Manage and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, active, and reactivation phases.
  • Own and refine sports loyalty programs such as Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens, and Price Boosts.
  • Lead the execution of large event-based campaigns (e.g., World Cups, Euros) for acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate communication across multiple tools, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to optimize market positioning.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Passion for CRM and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with customer retention strategies and Content Management Systems (CMS).
