What you will do

• Create and optimize automated email marketing campaigns using SQL-based segmentation.
• Design responsive newsletters and email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Maintain automated database processes and SQL-based data loading workflows.
• Setup customer journeys, define audience segments, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and provide detailed reporting for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate on the definition of promotional offers and their communication through CRM channels.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing online CRM.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Selligent, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing and segmenting large customer databases and ensuring data quality.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Professional use of Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Python.
