What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of the Free Game strategy based on detailed player data analysis.
• Design and execute retention and loyalty campaigns to reward long-term engagement and drive reactivation.
• Conduct A/B testing and structured experimentation to refine loyalty offers and customer journeys.
• Analyze player behavior and KPIs to inform data-led campaign decisions and promotional spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Acquisition, Product, and Performance.
• Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to key business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing within online gambling, gaming, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills to translate player behavior into effective, data-led strategies.
• Experience developing and optimizing promotional or bonus mechanics.
• Proficiency in running structured A/B tests and experiments.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
