What you will do

• Build and execute lead activation and reactivation sequences tailored for the Portuguese market.
• Manage lead nurturing flows and lifecycle stage management across the funnel.
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR outreach plays and ensure seamless lead handoff.
• Implement automation and AI-assisted tools to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and build dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Portuguese native or expert proficiency (written and spoken).
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfortable using AI tools for copywriting, research, and automation.
• Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with sequencing tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Looker.
