What you will do
- Support ’s CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Activate customer data to deliver personalized communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Optimize multi-channel communication plans and retention strategies to improve engagement and revenue.
- Build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Run A/B tests, implement learnings, and own weekly/monthly CRM reporting and performance deep dives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with ESP tools such as Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
- Fluent English and German (fluent level not specified).
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
