What you will do

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely publication and budget adherence.
• Generate standard and custom reports and maintain the project master dashboard.
• Perform data management tasks, including bulk updates to bibliographic and series data.
• Administer budgets via SAP, manage change requests, and map cost codes.
• Coordinate project documentation and distribute metadata reports externally.
• Liaise with Customer Services to resolve queries and perform ad hoc content checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination for large-scale projects.
• Strong data management skills and expertise in reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
