TL;DR

Account Executive (Food & Beverage): Managing the full relationship lifecycle with partners in the Food & Beverage sector with an accent on data-driven optimization and commercial growth. Focus on negotiating strong member offers, analyzing consumer trends, and executing joint business plans to drive engagement.

Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be able to work from offices in Leicestershire or London (Holborn); fully remote working is not available.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing Food & Beverage partners through regular engagement and site visits.
  • Negotiate strong offers for members to optimize partnership performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate value.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners to ensure a smooth start to the partnership.
  • Plan and deliver marketing activities, including securing seasonal and tactical offers.
  • Lead commercial discussions for contract renewals and re-negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Partnership Management with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Proficiency in interpreting sales data and consumer insights to build compelling narratives.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset for a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage sector or related consumer category is highly advantageous.
