What you will do

  • Manage incoming leads and the full commercial engagement from proposal development to closing.
  • Drive sponsorship and exhibit sales for flagship events such as BIO-Europe and BIO-Europe Spring.
  • Handle account management for existing clients, focusing on rebooking, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and account records within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with customer service, operations, and marketing to ensure high customer ROI.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of sponsor and exhibitor services during live and virtual events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in sales or customer management.
  • English: High level of spoken and written proficiency essential.
  • Experience with face-to-face selling and working in international environments.
  • Strong self-organization, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
