What you will do

  • Deliver volume, share, profit, and net revenue targets for the Booker Business Unit.
  • Implement and manage Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive profitable growth.
  • Conduct P&L analysis and manage finance and operations cycles, including month-end close.
  • Forecast base and promotional volumes while evaluating activity performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, finance, category management, and marketing.
  • Manage customer contact strategy to ensure alignment on business objectives and remove obstacles.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Proven track record of achievement in a commercial environment.
  • Experience in negotiating and running a joint business plan.
  • Strong ability to handle, evaluate, and utilize sales data and insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
