What you will do

  • Recruit hosted delegates for international events.
  • Develop new business through lead sourcing, web research, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Contribute to event development by sourcing speakers and monitoring industry trends.
  • Take ownership of hitting targets across the event portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on communication plans and event promotion.
  • Attend and manage events on-site.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar field (events experience not required).
  • Strong commercial mindset and business development instincts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
  • Right to work in the UK is required (sponsorship is not usually offered).
