What you will do

• Manage the pipeline of upcoming Binders and perform setup tasks in underwriting systems.
• Conduct Financial Crime Risk Assessments for Coverholders and Binders.
• Cross-reference Coverholder details across contracts and internal systems including Openbox and Atlas.
• Coordinate post-bind activities, such as Binder Expert Reviews and DCOM registrations.
• Monitor controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
• Perform due diligence reviews and general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Experience working in a busy office environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with London Market or Lloyd’s Insurance.
• Knowledge of Delegated Authority and Lloyd’s DA systems (Atlas, DCOM).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
