What you will do
- Provide operational support to the EMEA Syndicate desk for bank loans, equity, and debt new issuances.
- Ensure accurate deal set-up, trade bookings, and transaction flows.
- Review executed commitments and legal documentation to verify correct attribute capture in internal systems.
- Perform key control and risk management functions for Corporate Bank loans from booking through to funding.
- Liaise with Common Depositaries, Clearing Houses, and Legal teams to ensure successful transaction closure.
- Execute trade corrections and weekly risk reporting to minimize P&L, reputational, and settlement risks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for hosting conference calls and meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Degree-level education preferred.
