What you will do

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for the UK and Middle East (Dubai and Saudi Arabia).
• Provide expert tax advice to the UK Management Team and Group Tax function regarding corporate strategies and products.
• Develop and maintain a monitoring and risk reporting framework to identify tax issues and opportunities.
• Lead the relationship and negotiations with HMRC and relevant tax authorities in the Middle East.
• Oversee Group reporting, sign-offs, and assist with internal and external audits.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the tax team to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.

Requirements

• Qualified tax or accounting professional (ACA and/or CTA).
• Deep technical expertise in UK tax compliance and advisory within the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in leadership, coaching, and developing professional teams.
• Experience gained within a reputable firm, industry, or HMRC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UAE and Saudi Arabian tax frameworks.
