What you will do

• Redesign operational processes across planning, supply chain, and logistics leveraging AI and advanced analytics.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases with clear P&L contribution and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and evolve a scalable AI operating model, including governance and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept and pilot to full-scale deployment across regions, plants, and functions.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled processes and support the shift to data-driven decision making across global operations.
• Define required skills and roles for AI-enabled operations and guide cross-functional transformation teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within complex, global industrial organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering transformation initiatives with measurable operational and financial impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI applications in operations, planning optimization, and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to operate across corporate, regional, and plant-level organizations.
• Expertise in change management and supporting adoption in industrial and operational contexts.
