What you will do

• Run the AI-first operating rhythm across Developer Marketing Operations to maintain momentum.
• Manage workflow intake from various channels, prioritize tasks, and negotiate deliverables with stakeholders.
• Partner with AI Enablement Engineers to identify recurring workflows and scope initial wins.
• Coordinate AI workflow sessions, office hours, and support to keep stakeholders informed.
• Define adoption KPIs and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Package successful workflows into reusable playbooks, templates, and examples for broader team adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in program, product, or project management (or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools like agents, prompts, and Copilot.
• Proven ability to build operating rhythms, intake systems, and enablement programs.
• Strong written communication skills for translating technical work into clear actions for leadership.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed technology organization.
