What you will do

• Develop and implement foundational AI enablement frameworks to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Guide the design and delivery of AI adoption roadmaps, focusing on enterprise-wide strategies and governance.
• Define and oversee governance frameworks to ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on ROI.
• Drive the creation of policies for AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives and track success via KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in North Reading, MA, US
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing AI or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms and tools such as Google Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Expertise in designing enterprise-wide frameworks, governance models, and scalable processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or specific AI certifications.
