What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, and operational readiness.
• Partner with engineering, construction, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Define program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks to bring structure to ambiguous workstreams.
• Create and maintain scalable systems and processes while utilizing manual workflows where necessary.
• Identify and manage risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Track and report on program progress to leadership using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry.
• Hands-on experience with hardware solutions or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure build projects such as data centers or edge deployments.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, or OEM hardware vendors.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain.
• Certification in program management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean).
