Remote Language Career Specialist - Spanish Market (E-learning/Sales): Connecting prospective students with language-learning solutions and converting their educational needs into successful enrollments with an accent on Spanish communication, relationship building, and performance-driven sales. Focus on guiding prospects through suitable courses, closing deals, and consistently meeting monthly targets in a fully remote environment.

Location: Argentina (Remote). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00–11:00 and 12:00–16:00 Argentina time.

What you will do

  • Engage directly with prospective students to understand their language-learning needs and goals.
  • Guide potential clients through suitable e-learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and support a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Work autonomously to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Spanish communication skills for natural and effective engagement with the target audience.
  • Strong English proficiency required for internal communication and collaboration.
  • Results-oriented, charismatic, and motivated to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a digital, fully remote environment.
  • Availability for the specified Argentina-time schedule required.
