What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of software engineers, supporting their career development and performance management.
• Drive team objectives and ensure delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to define priorities and requirements.
• Contribute to software architecture, perform code reviews, and support non-critical technical initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact between the engineering team and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering leadership and team management.
• Ability to oversee the planning, execution, and high-quality delivery of technical projects.
• Strong technical guidance skills to lead architectural and design decisions.
• English: Professional proficiency required (CV and application must be submitted in English).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona, Paris, or London offices in a hybrid capacity.
