What you will do

• Lead and coach multiple engineering pods responsible for mobile applications, productivity tooling, and customer activation.
• Shape the technical vision and roadmap for integrations beyond the core web application.
• Guide architectural decisions across mobile, Backend-for-Frontend services, and Office integrations.
• Partner with Product and Design to embed AI-native experiences into customer workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across the platform.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent to support organizational scaling.

Requirements

• Must be based in London with the ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Proven experience leading high-performing product engineering teams at scale.
• Strong technical background in architecture, system design, and API-first development.
• Experience building or leading teams for mobile, productivity, or workflow-centric products.
• Ability to translate business goals and technical constraints into effective solutions.
• Track record of balancing engineering quality with fast, iterative delivery.

• Experience with AI-native product development.
• Background in Microsoft Office Add-ins or Excel integrations.
• Experience in financial services, market data, or B2B SaaS products.
