What you will do
- Lead and coach multiple engineering pods responsible for mobile applications, productivity tooling, and customer activation.
- Shape the technical vision and roadmap for integrations beyond the core web application.
- Guide architectural decisions across mobile, Backend-for-Frontend services, and Office integrations.
- Partner with Product and Design to embed AI-native experiences into customer workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across the platform.
- Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent to support organizational scaling.
Requirements
- Must be based in London with the ability to work in a hybrid model.
- Proven experience leading high-performing product engineering teams at scale.
- Strong technical background in architecture, system design, and API-first development.
- Experience building or leading teams for mobile, productivity, or workflow-centric products.
- Ability to translate business goals and technical constraints into effective solutions.
- Track record of balancing engineering quality with fast, iterative delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native product development.
- Background in Microsoft Office Add-ins or Excel integrations.
- Experience in financial services, market data, or B2B SaaS products.
- Expertise in notification-driven engagement systems.
