What you will do

• Apply hirify.global and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications.
• Review applications from companies seeking admission of debt and fund securities.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, and international financial firms.
• Coordinate with the Central Bank on regulatory matters and prospectuses.
• Support the development of hirify.global rule books and regulatory solutions.
• Ensure a positive and differentiated experience for hirify.global customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least two years’ relevant experience in legal or financial services.
• English: C1+ required
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of EU securities legislation.
• Proficiency in French.
