What you will do

• Lead the preparation and approval of Group and subsidiary statutory financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Own and manage the external audit process, serving as the principal contact for delivery.
• Oversee the delivery of the Annual Report and provide insight-driven reporting for the Board and Audit & Risk Committee.
• Drive digital transformation by leveraging BI tools and AI to automate and optimize financial reporting cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Group Reporting team.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks, including the EU Taxonomy project.

Requirements

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
• 8+ years PQE in Group reporting within a plc or large complex organisation.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing senior and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical capability and communication skills to articulate complex financial information.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Dublin, Ireland.
