Partner Success Representative (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Configure and deploy product implementations for new and existing clients, including conducting product demonstrations.
• Provide ongoing technical and product expertise to internal teams (Project Managers, Product, Sales, and Finance) and external partners.
• Develop and maintain internal process documentation and step-by-step user guides.
• Perform fault finding and investigate system bugs, collaborating with stakeholders to reach resolutions.
• Utilize internal configuration software, JIRA, ServiceNow, and SQL to meet client requests and project roadmaps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer or client-facing role.
• Existing right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proficiency with modern PC technologies and software.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain resilient under heavy workloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to use JavaScript and HTML where required.
