What you will do
- Own overall client relationships and help clients unlock value from the partnership
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate the right resources across teams to support client outcomes
- Act as the client advocate internally by communicating requests and issues across departments
- Provide training, guidance, and advice to help clients maximize value from the platform
- Communicate major product updates and releases so clients enact changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–4 years of experience in relevant roles, ideally from software companies
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and articulate technology at any level
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
