What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for international customers regarding order inquiries.
• Coordinate between customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing from search to returns.
• Serve as a competent intermediary for cross-topic issues to provide an optimal shopping experience.
• Actively shape and design team processes to directly influence customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• English: Fluent (C1 level) required for daily professional communication.
• Experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and motivation to learn new IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to individual customer needs.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Commercial training.
