What you will do
- Drive measurable partner success outcomes across the global partner community through strategic engagement and support.
- Build scalable onboarding and adoption strategies to accelerate time-to-value and improve partner satisfaction.
- Design retention programs to maximize partner lifetime value and reduce churn of end-customer accounts.
- Create and maintain partner success playbooks, using KPIs and measurement frameworks to track partner health and success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partner feedback into business planning and develop partner success assets (reports, decks, case studies).
- Use analytics and reporting tools to deliver data-driven recommendations and regular partner success reporting cadences.
Requirements
- Proven value selling experience articulating the value of software solutions through a partner network.
- Experience managing partner relationships and strategizing with channel partners to retain and grow end-customer bases.
- Hands-on platform experience with both on-premise and cloud-based success models and methodologies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and executive-level interaction.
- 3+ years of management experience in customer success, partner management, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.
