What you will do

  • Manage approximately 450 inbound and outbound calls weekly to support patients throughout their treatment.
  • Book appointments, handle documentation, and resolve patient queries with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update patient information in management systems while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and smooth patient experiences.
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient service to maintain company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced call center or similar high-volume environment.
  • Strong background in customer service or healthcare with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and experience with patient management systems or CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
