What you will do
- Manage approximately 450 inbound and outbound calls weekly to support patients throughout their treatment.
- Book appointments, handle documentation, and resolve patient queries with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update patient information in management systems while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and smooth patient experiences.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient service to maintain company standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced call center or similar high-volume environment.
- Strong background in customer service or healthcare with proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with active listening skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and experience with patient management systems or CRMs.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
