What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, serving as the face of the business to build loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain and grow a dedicated customer base.
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email using CRM tools.
- Process orders and organize returns while identifying process improvements or alternative product solutions.
- Prioritize, escalate, and follow through on customer issues to ensure quick and efficient resolution.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally SAP.
- Strong organizational skills and resilience.
- Ability to investigate customer problems and identify root causes.
- Location: Must be based in Caerphilly, UK
