What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, serving as the face of the business to build loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain and grow a dedicated customer base.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email using CRM tools.
• Process orders and organize returns while identifying process improvements or alternative product solutions.
• Prioritize, escalate, and follow through on customer issues to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally SAP.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience.
• Ability to investigate customer problems and identify root causes.
