What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers via outbound channels.
• Conduct cold calls, personalized cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging sequences.
• Qualify leads by identifying their specific needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to fuel growth.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.

Requirements

• Native Level English (both spoken and written).
• 2-5 years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented manner.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
