Enterprise Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating outbound pipeline and building strategic relationships with sales leaders at large enterprise organizations with an accent on multi-channel prospecting and account mapping. Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 base + $40,000 commission + equity

What you will do
- Generate outbound pipeline by prospecting into large enterprise organizations.
- Build and execute bottom-up and top-down strategies to engage VPs and department heads.
- Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn to build outbound messaging and secure meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to map accounts and drive sales cycles.
- Run trials with prospects to understand and demonstrate product value.
- Manage multi-tasking and deadline-driven workflows with high attention to detail.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience selling into sales leader personas.
- Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in all prospecting channels, with a strong preference for cold calling.
- Proven ability to work closely with Account Executives on account mapping.
- Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with keen attention to detail.
