TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (AI): Generating outbound pipeline and building strategic relationships with sales leaders at large enterprise organizations with an accent on multi-channel prospecting and account mapping. Focus on executing bottom-up and top-down strategies to break into major accounts and collaborating with Account Executives to close deals.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $70,000 base + $40,000 commission + equity

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and scale outreach.

What you will do

  • Generate outbound pipeline by prospecting into large enterprise organizations.
  • Build and execute bottom-up and top-down strategies to engage VPs and department heads.
  • Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn to build outbound messaging and secure meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to map accounts and drive sales cycles.
  • Run trials with prospects to understand and demonstrate product value.
  • Manage multi-tasking and deadline-driven workflows with high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience selling into sales leader personas.
  • Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency in all prospecting channels, with a strong preference for cold calling.
  • Proven ability to work closely with Account Executives on account mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with keen attention to detail.
