What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through outreach and cold calls targeting the North American market.
  • Research target personas to deliver impactful initial contacts and build rapport.
  • Book qualified product demos for Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage prospects consistently using HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate activity logs.
  • Provide market insights to help shape overall sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, specifically targeting US and Canada markets.
  • Strong professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability in objection handling and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and sales tools.
