What you will do

• Prospect and generate leads for the sales team
• Qualify leads using established criteria
• Run initial outreach via phone, email, and social media
• Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems
• Assist with scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives
• Support sales development team activities and may support additional products/brands

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development or a related field
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
• Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Basic phone and email communication skills
