TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (ERP): Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients for a Microsoft Partner with an accent on strategic growth and contract expansion. Focus on building long-term account strategies, leading stakeholder reviews, and driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in the UK

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 base

What you will do

  • Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers as their primary commercial contact.
  • Build and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify and drive up-sell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure continued value realization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within ERP or SaaS environments.
  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing and retaining accounts.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
