Location: Must be based in the UK
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 base

What you will do
- Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers as their primary commercial contact.
- Build and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
- Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
- Identify and drive up-sell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure continued value realization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within ERP or SaaS environments.
- Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing and retaining accounts.

- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
