Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 base salary plus £15,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers as their primary commercial contact.
- Build and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
- Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations to maximize investment value.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 5 years of experience in account management or commercial roles within ERP, SaaS, or subscription software.
- Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing and retaining accounts.

- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
