TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (D365): Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients for a Microsoft Partner with an accent on strategic growth and contract expansion. Focus on building account strategies, leading stakeholder reviews, and ensuring long-term customer value within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 base salary plus £15,000 OTE

A growing Microsoft Partner specializing in innovative ERP solutions and long-term customer relationship management.

What you will do

  • Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers as their primary commercial contact.
  • Build and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations to maximize investment value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 5 years of experience in account management or commercial roles within ERP, SaaS, or subscription software.
  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing and retaining accounts.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
