What you will do
- Lead GTM foundational onboarding to accelerate new hire productivity and track time-to-productivity metrics.
- Drive field enablement programs for process changes, playbook evolution, and product/messaging releases.
- Establish operational rhythms and communication standards to protect selling time and reduce internal friction.
- Act as the primary bridge between field teams and product marketing to ensure messaging is field-ready and adopted.
- Design and own partner enablement motions for both direct and indirect selling ecosystems.
- Mentor and develop the enablement team, implementing best practices in adult learning and facilitation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
- Proven success building enablement programs from scratch at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in onboarding, ramp design, playbook development, and field communications.
- Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in HR Tech or workforce technology.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Force Management sales methodologies.
- Experience scaling enablement during high-growth or transformation periods.
- Exposure to partner or channel programs in a SaaS go-to-market context.
