Director, Field Enablement and Programs (SaaS): Leading the field enablement and programs team within the Revenue organization to optimize GTM onboarding, field readiness, and sales operational rhythms with an accent on aligning field-facing teams with product marketing. Focus on driving time-to-productivity for new hires, developing scalable sales playbooks, and activating messaging across direct and indirect selling motions.

What you will do

  • Lead GTM foundational onboarding to accelerate new hire productivity and track time-to-productivity metrics.
  • Drive field enablement programs for process changes, playbook evolution, and product/messaging releases.
  • Establish operational rhythms and communication standards to protect selling time and reduce internal friction.
  • Act as the primary bridge between field teams and product marketing to ensure messaging is field-ready and adopted.
  • Design and own partner enablement motions for both direct and indirect selling ecosystems.
  • Mentor and develop the enablement team, implementing best practices in adult learning and facilitation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
  • Proven success building enablement programs from scratch at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in onboarding, ramp design, playbook development, and field communications.
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in HR Tech or workforce technology.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Force Management sales methodologies.
  • Experience scaling enablement during high-growth or transformation periods.
  • Exposure to partner or channel programs in a SaaS go-to-market context.
