Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Lead complex, consultative sales pursuits from initial qualification to contract close.
- Facilitate executive briefings and workshops to co-create solutions with clients and partners.
- Articulate the value of integrated WPP–Kyndryl and WPP–Gradial solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with regional leadership and sales teams across partner ecosystems.
- Orchestrate internal resources including solution designers, architects, and strategists to develop compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data for partnership-influenced revenue.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise sales or consulting experience in complex technology services.
- Proven track record of quota attainment (£/€3M+ annually).
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CEO).
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, AI delivery, and content supply chains.
- Ability to navigate complex procurement processes within large enterprise organizations.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Prior experience within the Kyndryl ecosystem or with AI-driven content operations platforms.
- Existing relationships with Kyndryl or Gradial regional leadership in EMEA.
- Experience within a WPP or holding company environment.
- MBA or technical Master's degree.
