What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for UK&I-led EMEA accounts, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Build a robust pipeline through executive outreach, targeted prospecting, and marketing collaboration.
- Sell complex solutions to C-level and operational leadership in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees using disciplined forecasting and mutual action plans.
- Provide market intelligence to product and GTM leadership to refine regional strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience with a track record of full-cycle sales.
- Proven hunter background with experience sourcing and closing cold enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling high-ACV deals (£/€250K–£/€1M+) in complex industrial environments.
- Deep understanding of buying processes across multiple EMEA markets.
- High discipline in pipeline management, account strategy, and deal execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMMS, EAM, APM, or industrial software like Maximo or SAP PM.
- Fluency in a second European language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish).
- Background at a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company.
