TL;DR

Compensation: €50,000–€70,000 gross per year plus variable commissions.

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve commercial performance across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement scalable workflows and operating processes for a partner-led business model.
- Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and key SaaS metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize compensation plans, quotas, and territory management.
- Identify, test, and scale AI solutions across sales and marketing workflows to drive business impact.
- Maintain high-quality commercial data and evolve the reporting and analytics technology stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of commercial KPIs and SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, and LTV/CAC.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and process improvements in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in a channel-led or partner-led go-to-market model.
- Experience designing sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools within commercial operations.
- Proficiency in additional European languages such as Italian, French, German, or Spanish.
