What you will do
- Lead operational deal desk activities, acting as the primary escalation point for complex deals and non-standard pricing.
- Partner with Sales VPs, Legal, and Finance to align on priorities and resolve contract exceptions.
- Develop and maintain deal playbooks and sales enablement resources to streamline the sales process.
- Build and scale automated workflows to reduce manual effort in deal execution.
- Track performance metrics and deal trends to provide actionable recommendations for GTM strategy.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company.
- Expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition, and order management.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ systems.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes deal structures and pricing exceptions.
- English: C1+ proficiency (outstanding written and spoken) required.
- Location: Open globally, though applications from EMEA and AMER are prioritized.
