What you will do

  • Establish and run the Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the Commercial organization, ensuring operational rigor and CRM data compliance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Global VP of Commercial to shape GTM strategy and support the global PLG motion.
  • Optimize the end-to-end renewals lifecycle to improve customer retention and mitigate churn for the long-tail business.
  • Develop complex analytical models in Excel and Google Sheets to identify consumption patterns and product adoption trends.
  • Manage reporting packages using Salesforce and Tableau to improve team effectiveness and executive actionability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS or professional IT services.
  • 5+ years of dedicated sales or revenue operations experience with a proven track record in field sales ops.
  • Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and familiarity with SQL.
  • Ability to structure clear executive presentations to influence C-level executives and field teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business models.

Nice to have

  • Direct operational experience supporting a Product-Led Growth (PLG) go-to-market motion.
  • Experience utilizing AI, LLMs, and Google Apps Script to automate internal tooling and routine processes.
  • Experience in high-growth, usage-based models (e.g., Snowflake, Datadog, AWS).
  • Knowledge of the Observability or Monitoring landscape.
