Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia and legally authorized to work there)

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and internal databases to support informed business decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales teams, and channel partners for PO and inventory management.
  • Develop and automate management reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Support sales performance analysis, forecasting, profitability reviews, and MDF validation processes.
  • Drive data governance and process improvement initiatives, promoting the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Commercial Operations.
  • Proven experience analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and business reporting systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, Power Query, or Power Automate.
  • Background in supporting MDF processes or channel partner programs.
  • Experience as a Microsoft Copilot power user, leveraging AI for productivity and insights.
