What you will do

  • Own NetSuite CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, and validation rules for all new business opportunities.
  • Track pipeline coverage against standards and analyze conversion rates from MQL to Closed Won across NA and EMEA.
  • Support the weekly forecast process by maintaining scenario models for commit, upside, and risk categories.
  • Analyze quota attainment, territory segmentation, and capacity gaps globally.
  • Automate manual analytical processes and operationalize AI-driven tools for deal risk flagging and pre-call research.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong CRM proficiency, specifically in field management, workflow configuration, and reporting (NetSuite preferred).
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
  • Ability to present complex findings and actionable recommendations to sales leaders and executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS company under board-level scrutiny.
