What you will do
- Execute branded campaigns and lead generation activities for the German market to support the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and local sales teams to design and drive digital and field event activities.
- Create appealing content and copywriting for various channels, ensuring consistency with corporate messaging.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle digital and print advertising and manage relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
- Develop and deploy nurture and stand-alone email marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing within the technology or software sector.
- Proficiency in multi-channel campaign management across digital and offline channels (print, email, social, SEM, SEO, tradeshows).
- Strong technical copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in planning field, account-based, and project-based marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Marketo and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and lead nurturing strategies to accelerate growth.
