What you will do
- Act as the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team, resolving issues and unblocking client-facing work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, and internal tooling.
- Process and manage large volumes of structured client data files (XML, CSV, JSON) for ad campaigns.
- Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations, including Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations.
- Develop automation scripts using Node.js across various sources such as APIs, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain scheduled automations and automated data flows across multiple systems.
Requirements
- English: C1 level (fluent) required for daily technical discussions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and JavaScript (or other scripting languages).
- Analytical approach to problem solving and strong self-organizing skills.
- Good communication skills for creating precise descriptions of technical issues.
- Location: Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience working with external APIs and Google Workspace.
- Experience handling XML, CSV, and JSON files.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
