TL;DR
Technical Consultant (SaaS/ERP): Implementing and configuring spend management solutions and system integrations with an accent on REST APIs, ERP connectivity, and data handling. Focus on deploying out-of-the-box and custom API-based solutions, producing technical specifications, and advising clients on integration best practices.
Location: Hybrid (Cracow, Poland)
Salary: 17,000 - 19,000 PLN/month gross

What you will do
- Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, collaborating with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
- Deploy and configure standard integrations between the platform and customer ERP systems.
- Guide customers in the implementation and use of REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
- Implement EDI connections for e-invoicing solutions using standard APIs.
- Produce technical documentation, configuration guides, and data mapping documents for handover to support teams.
- Prepare technical specifications in collaboration with customer IT and finance teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs.
- Experience in IT system implementation, specifically within SaaS or cloud environments.
- Mandatory knowledge of financial or accounting systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Cracow, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor M3.
- Previous experience in Professional Services or consulting environments.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
