What you will do

• Own and scale the global Authorized Training Partner (ATP) ecosystem.
• Manage partner relationships, governance, and strategic growth.
• Define and operationalize the end-to-end hand-off of training demand from Pega to partners.
• Promote the ATP program both internally and externally.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Pega Academy standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in a technical training environment in a sales or leadership role.
• Collaboration experience with sales, consulting, and/or customer success teams to position training in enterprise software sales.
• Experience working with 3rd party organizations to deliver training services to common clients.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations outlining training offerings and deliverables.
• Strong growth mindset and ability to apply critical thinking to AI-generated outputs.
