What you will do
- Own the end-to-end briefing process for all creative assets including static, video, and emerging formats.
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winners, flag fatigue, and determine future testing strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of UGC creators from sourcing and vetting to contracting and performance review.
- Maintain a rolling content backlog and hit monthly throughput targets for new concepts.
- Develop and document a creative playbook to standardize winning formulas across verticals.
- Lead competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities before they become mainstream.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying.
- Demonstrated ability to write production-ready briefs that require minimal revision.
- Strong performance data fluency with the ability to translate findings into actionable creative direction.
- Experience managing UGC creators and talent pipelines.
- Strong copywriting skills for scripts, hooks, and ad copy.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative strategy and asset production.
