What you will do

  • Develop Meta ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and testing ideas.
  • Build and execute weekly creative testing plans based on campaign performance data.
  • Analyze winning and underperforming creatives to identify repeatable patterns.
  • Develop UGC briefs, shot lists, and creative direction for content teams.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve campaign performance and scale acquisition.
  • Contribute to creative strategy within AI-driven campaign environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing high-performing Meta advertising creatives.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles and performance metrics.
  • Experience working in eCommerce environments.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as CapCut and Photoshop.
  • Ability to analyze creative performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to balance brand consistency with performance objectives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify and DTC brands.
  • Background in CPG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Products.
  • Copywriting and creator management experience.
  • Familiarity with Andromeda and GEM ecosystems.
