What you will do

  • Lead concepting and copywriting for global campaigns across film, OOH, digital, and activations.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from initial strategy to final execution.
  • Present and sell ambitious creative concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Direct agency partners to ensure high-quality output and strategic alignment.
  • Experiment with AI tools to innovate creative workflows and ideation processes.
  • Mentor and elevate the creative standards of writers, designers, and marketers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in copywriting and creative direction, ideally in tech or product-driven environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams or creative agencies in high-growth settings.
  • Proven track record of selling ambitious creative work to senior leadership.
  • Strong conceptual portfolio demonstrating expertise across film, digital, and print.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Active curiosity and experimentation with AI in the creative process.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sports marketing or brand-in-culture activations.
  • Background in building voice and tone systems or brand language infrastructure.
  • Experience working in environments where product and brand are deeply integrated.
