What you will do

• Own the end-to-end briefing process for all creative assets including static, video, and emerging formats.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify winners, flag fatigue, and determine future testing strategies.
• Manage the full UGC creator pipeline from sourcing and vetting to contracting and performance review.
• Maintain and evolve the creative playbook to document winning formulas by persona, vertical, and format.
• Drive cross-vertical learning by adapting successful creative approaches across the entire portfolio.
• Hit monthly throughput targets for net-new concepts to maximize testing cadence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying.
• Demonstrated ability to write production-ready briefs that require no revision rounds.
• Strong performance data fluency with the ability to translate findings into creative direction.
• Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing through delivery.
• Strong copywriting ability for scripts, hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive creative strategy.
